Windows No Disk Error c0000013 parameters FIX
I have had this error pop up in the last month and would like to tell you how I finally got it fixed. I tried the solution of changing the drive letters ( that didn't work ), I tried the START control panel, task and start bar, CLEAR method with a restart and that worked the first time but not the 2nd time. THEN I took a look at my permanently installed slot for my camera card and realized the card was not in there ( I always leave it in there). So I put the card back in, restarted and the message went away. One other point, this seems to have something to do with quicktime because when I do get the error message, my quicktime is not in my start bar anytmore. Once I put the card back in and restarted, quicktime was back.. Good luck
